Room amenities and cleanliness were impressive. The location was excellent for city exploration and close to convenient transportation options. We enjoyed the beautiful views from our room.
The internet was expensive and not readily available without a personal laptop. The hotel restaurants were not outstanding and we preferred to eat at local establishments.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my trip. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport, close to the subway, museums in Ueno Park and right opposite the beautiful Shinobazu pond. the rooms were comfortable and cozy, offering cable internet free of charge. the bathroom was spotless and spacious, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. the staff was friendly and helpful and provided guide maps, making it easy to navigate around the city. a great experience.
There was a small pub/red light/nightlife area behind the hotel, which worried me about the noise level.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot, right opposite Shinobazu pond in Ueno. It's a great value for money with reasonable prices and attentive staff. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the small but deep bath on Level 3 is a nice touch. The higher floors offer a beautiful view back into the trees of the park. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a great bakery in Ueno station for breakfast.
All was more than satisfactory.

Located in a pretty good neighborhood, the hotel is just opposite Ueno Park and offers a fabulous view of the cherry blossoms. It is super close to Ueno station, making it convenient for exploring Tokyo. The rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the breakfast at the hotel's Italian restaurant is quite good. Additionally, there are several convenient stores and dining places in the vicinity.
The rooms facing the inner alley could be a bit noisy due to thin windows.

The hotel we stayed at during our romantic escape definitely had its pros. First of all, they offered complimentary toiletries and a bottle of water upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the location was great with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. Lastly, the bed was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep.
There were a few things that left us underwhelmed with our stay. The room itself was quite small, leaving little space to move around comfortably.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo that exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, especially towards my young children. Each child was given a sweet welcome pack upon arrival, which made them feel special and excited about our stay. Secondly, the hotel's location was superb, with beautiful walks in Ueno park just across the street. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a view of the park, and it was truly a delightful sight to wake up to. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with the higher floors offering a nice view of Ueno park. The small but deep bath in our room was a welcome addition, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there is nothing significant that I can think of that needs improvement.
